Re: (pic) Costco Cake – Chocolate Cake
I just bought this cake for a group of 20 teenagers. It is so rich and delicious I don’t dare buy it unless I have a crowd to feed as I would be snitching bites of leftover cake all day while my kids are at school and my husband is at work. I got 24 slices out of this cake, a small slither of this rich cake is plenty.

Hi!
Good times… Thank you for sharing.
I love this cake.

Hi! It’s been a while! Just catching up on your posts and saw a pic of my favorite layered chocolate cake. I SWEAR that there are some restaurants around here that use this cake as their dessert. Anywho, we’ve bought this cake once… And we still talk about it. We ended up slicing and freezing each slice individually. It would take about 15 minutes for it to defrost when taken out of the freezer. It is absolutely delicious. It lasted for more than a month… This cake will definitely challenge the waistline!

Hi, good to hear from you.
Oh my God.
Did your slices of cake look like this?
I took this picture just now.
Re: (pic) Costco Cake – Chocolate Cake
Mmmm… chocolate cake. I put the individual slices in tupperware… And then stuck them in the deep freezer. Are those frozen slices? When you defrost do you have any problems with the frosting getting stuck on the saran wrap?
Re: (pic) Costco Cake – Chocolate Cake
Yes, they are frozen.
This is my first time freezing slices of cake.
I believe there should be no problem peeling them off
I really don’t know, but I hope…
