I just received a Costco City Visa reward certificate amount of $358.14 in the email. I recently switched my monthly statements to paperless. This is the first time receiving an email certificate.
I guess they will send paper copies of the certificates to those who receive paper statements.
Again – You may receive your certificate on your own schedule. I receive them, usually in February.
I did not receive my rewards ck, for $509.19.Also I wish to renew my membership since I am no longer on my son’s acct. I would also like to retain my credit card with Costco at the same acct, no, if possible.

Mine from 2018 expired, the very first year they stopped sending paper reward so I missed the emails. Super annoyed at the fact that it was their first year doing it electronically and would not provide a better grace period or longer expiration. For this reason, I will switch to using another Visa card for all payments and only use Citi visa only as a membership card.
I did mot receive my 2019 Rewards certificate of 446.00.

I am not affiliated with Costco nor Citi.
You should contact Citi. Just go to the website. I had issue once before, I asked question from their website. My issue was resolved that way. Good luck.

Give it some time. watch your mail box or email inbox. They will give it to you without your request.
I would give it a few more weeks. If you still don’t have the check by then, you should request a replacement check from Citi card website.
