Can’t Go Wrong with Whispering Chorus (music)

This blog is for lovers only. 

I came to this conclusion a long time ago that, for a love song, you cannot go wrong with any song that contains soft whispering background vocals.

If a girl doesn’t like any of these songs, I wouldn’t go out with her. Why even bother when she is that insensitive and dry? Here are a few examples of whispering songs from the top of my head. If you think of any other whispering songs, please let me know.

Sometimes it’s better not to tell you what happened.

But here’s a card.

Update 2021 (10 yrs later)- I knew almost everyone in my apartment complex. I would wake up in the morning and walk out to the balcony, and people would say “Good morning, John” from left and right. Sometimes I would take a nap with the front door open… and my neighbor’s kid would wake me up. I knew all my neighbors’ pets. At that time, I knew I was living in a magical moment. I tried to soak in as much as I could. I had so much fun when I was poor.

I finally found reusable shopping bags. I’ve been looking and waiting for Costco shopping bags for over 2 years. I finally found them! Son of a dad, I found them.

The bags don’t say “Costco” anymore. They have a generic design.

They had 2 different bags.

  1. Insulated bag – $6.49 for each bag. It’s large.
  2. Old-fashioned bags – Pack of 4 (2 large & 2 medium) – $4.69/pack

The search is finally over. I bought plenty. Now I can start giving away the bags. When I bring gifts or something to my friends, I tell them to “keep the bag.” And they love it. Everyone loved the bag. They are so practical.

I like the insulated bags. I think $6.49 is a very good price.

Yankee Candle is Not the Best :(

I am still fascinated by scented candles, and how they affect people’s lives. Good candles will make hot Summer days feel like a vacation. Candles will make you feel cozy on rainy days. It’s a magical ritual. Candles can be fun, sexy, and relaxing.

I want to know more about the art and science behind good scented candles. I want to find out how I can spend the least amount of money and get the best candles this world can offer.

I plan to purchase several candles soon. I hope I don’t go crazy (oh boy).

It didn’t take long to realize that Yankee Candle is not the best (still pretty good).

I went through eyeglass & silk tie obsessions. I am now obsessed with scented candles. And it’s only the beginning.

There will be more stories and pictures about scented candles… coming up.

PS. Just a reminder. I am a straight man. But I wouldn’t blame you if you think otherwise.
