Hi.
They mail it to you.
1. You must be a Costco Member.
2. Your address must NOT be “privacy protected” by Costco. You have that option.
3. Some Costco members just don’t receive coupons depends on where you live.
4. The last resort is to go to customer service desk at your local Costco and ask for it. They may have some for you.

One of the best deals is not a coupon, they have the take and bake pizza for $3 off, all you can buy!
